Applied Linguistics as a Course

First, what's applied linguistics?

For example, in sociology, where certain cultural problems arise, linguists should be able to analyze these issues from various perspectives to develop various solutions based on the environment.

You can apply your linguistic studies and take them with you to various locations that require a linguist, including hospitals, business companies, and computer science departments that urgently need linguists to assist them with their AI tools and how to enhance their systems of understanding human language.
Why is it called "applied linguistics"?
because this field specifically focuses on action, and the application of language learning in real-world contexts to assist with issues related to cultural barriers and language knowledge and comprehension.
